Mental Health Counseling

WELCOME
When you are experiencing challenges in your life, feeling stuck, grappling with self-doubt, struggling with stress, rumination, worries or interpersonal conflicts with others, the pain can feel engulfing. It’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed when circumstances seem daunting and resources appear scarce. The loss of your own confidence and sense of agency can be incredibly painful, but you are not alone in this journey.
I have a passion for helping others heal, teaching strategies to navigate difficult circumstances and supporting the process of gaining self efficacy to operate from a place of empowerment. Together, we can work on strengthening your relationship with yourself and finding a path forward that feels authentic to you. Whether you need to let go of burdens, learn to take a moment to pause and reflect, or learn new skills to more effectively direct your life, I’m here to meet you where you are.
Your feelings matter. This is your precious life. Let’s embark on this journey together, and I’ll be by your side every step of the way.
"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination."
Carl Rogers
